Living in LA, I was naturally rooting for UCLA in the Women’s College World Series – just as I have for the last five old age But this year, they didn’t disappoint. The tourney began with a series of upset going everyone to wonderment who would emerge as the dominant military group A number of higher seeded team were ousted by lower seeded team in the first round. ordinal number sixteen HI beat ordinal number Nina from Carolina Missouri, ordinal number cinque UCLA beat ordinal number 4 Florida, ordinal number Captain Hicks Peach State upset the defending title-holder ordinal number troika Washington, and ordinal number XV Tennessee downed ordinal number 10 Arizona.
But in the final game, UCLA hit four more home runs nut path to a 15-9 victory over Grand Canyon State at ASA hall of celebrity bowl in OK City, a win that gave the bruin their 11th national title and their first since 2004.
Pitcher Megan Langenfeld, Andrea Harrison, Julie Burney and Samantha Camuso hit homeruns as UCLA completed its expanse through a series that included triumph over Florida, HI and Peach State and two against Pacific 10 conference rival Arizona in the best-of-three final.
Langenfeld, a senior from Bakersfield, was selected as the series’ most outstanding player after hit four home runs, drive in IX tally and going 3-0 as a pitcher.
Kelly Inouye-Perez, a former bruin player and assistant, won the national title in her fourth season as UCLA’s head coach.
The 2010 Women’s College World Series also tour into the record books with the highest attendance record ever.
At the determination of the Championship, the final attendance number was 62,562, eclipsing the previous total of 62,463, which was set in 2007 with a three-game title Series.
Congrats to the bruin and the Wildcats!

“Thousands of soldier, their bald eagle shoulder dapple lined up row upon row across the grassy field, stood at rigid attending to hear a after part message from their commanding officer
“Brig[adier] Gen[eral] Sir Leslie Stephen Francis Everett Townsend addressed the 101st Airborne division with military brusqueness: self-destruction at the post had spiked after soldier started income tax returning home from war, and this was unacceptable.
” ‘It’s badnessness for soldier, it’s badness for families, badness for your units, badness for this division and our army and our country and it’s [sic] got to halt now.’ he insisted. ‘Suicides on garrison Joseph Campbell [Kentucky] have to stop now.’ “
I quote an article written on April 24, 2010 by Kristen m hallway of the Associated fourth estate. She turn on to tell the tale of twenty-one-year-old Adam Kuligowski upon his return from Islamic State of Afghanistan Adam loved the army and his job, but he became increasingly depressed and angry. Finally,
“Adam wrote.a short letter recounting his dad, [mike], ‘Sorry to be a disappointment.’ Then he shot himself inside a bath stall with his rifle
“When the army closed their investigation into the soldier’s suicid[Mike], his male parent said.an researcher told him that Adam’s problem was that he was unable to conform to a military life-style Mike Kuligowski did receive a personal short letter from the general who was commanding the division at the time: ‘We don’t know why this happened,’ he wrote.
“Kuligowski was not appeased. ‘It reminds me that military officer know absolutely nothing about the quandary of the soldier who are under their command,’ he said. ‘What kind of leading is that?’ “
Off the top of my head and in one word, I would say typical.
The predicament of these soldier was called “shell shock” in WWI. In WWII and Korea, it was called “battle fatigue.” Since Vietnam, the psychiatric diagnosis is post Traumatic accent Disorder, or PTSD But disregarding the labels, the symptom are the same and have been around for a long, long time—perhaps from the beginning of war itself. For military leadership and researcher to excoriation their caput over the increase in self-destruction is ludicrous, and Gen[eral]ral Townsend’s declaration “to stop now” is way beyond asinine.
But according to Hall’s article, garrison Joseph Campbell is responding to the crisis
“The number of patient being treated at the behavioral health clinic has increased by LX percent, from 25,400 in 2008.to nearly 40,000 in 2009. To handle the expanded need, they’ve also increased the number of counselor in that clinic to LX last year, compared to 36 in 2008. In all, garrison Campbell has about one C counselor, some of whom work in areas like social work, family advocacy, substance maltreatment and children’s behavioral health.”
If all one C counselor worked directly with the patients, that would compeer a caseload of 400 men and women each. Since some of the counsellor work in other areas, that make the caseload even higher. It cannot be done, especially if proper charting is required and if meeting are frequent .
We railroad train our soldier to defend our country from a hostile invasion We railroad train them in all type of weaponry, to killing to protect the civilian public And then we send them to fourth-world land like Iraq and Afghanistan that don’t want them there in the first place, and our soldier kill to protect themselves from an enemy they cannot distinguish from a non-enemy. Amid the pandemonium they see atrocity no human should ever have to witness, including the bombardment of innocent children and infants.
Eventually the soldier come home and are discharged from service Most of them adjust to their old life again, but many don’t—the single who need help
As person whom I can’t remember said, “We make them into killing machines, but unfortunately there is no ‘off’ switch.”

May 21st, 2010UncategorizedMami is a Mexican Not just an US, but an American winformation technology a qualifier: Mexican. The Great melt pot has been showing fissure similar to those in the liberty bell for a long time, but now a maul is making some very serious dent in it.
A maul blow came on Th night, April [2010]9, 2010 when governor Jan beer maker signed an Act “Relating to unlawfully present outlanders”. On the last page of the law it says, “This act may be cited as the ‘Support Our lawenforcement and safe neighborhood Act’”.
Equus caballus manure Here is the kicker in the Act that spring Grand Canyon State lawman the ability to violate a United States citizen’s civil rights:
“For any lawful contact made by a law enforcement official or bureau of this state or a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state where reasonable intuition exists that the somebody is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable endeavour shall be made, when practicable, to determine the in-migration position of the mortal”
The bolding is mine because these footing are wide open to reading both on the street and in a court Explain to me, for example, what “Beyond a reasonable doubt” means when a justice is instructing a jury Few, if any, understand it, and that includes yours truly.
Because Mami’s cutis colouring is brownness, she is a prime quantity nominee for what furuncle down to search and seizure of her person. I don’t have to headache about it, though, because my cutis color is a sickly, pasty White This could change sometime in the future, however, if I food waste to salute the neo-Nazi flag
J.T. Ready, on the left, with Charles Taze Charles Taze Russell Pearce, author of the immigration Law.
This is where the hatred part come in. State representative Charles Taze Russell Pearce, who authored the new law, is a friend of J.T. Ready, who in turn is one of Grand Canyon State’s lead neo-Nazis. According to an article on felon and Liars.com, “At a June [2010] anti-illegal presentment at the state Capitol, Ready and Pearce worked the crowd arm-in-arm.”
J.T. Ready, second from the right in the suit, at a neo-Nazi mass meeting in Omaha, Cornhusker State in 2007.
A written report in the capital of AZNew Times on September 9, 2007, had this to say about Ready:
“For anyone who’s doubted J.T.’s National socialist bona fides, especially after he outed himself on NewSaxon.com, the neo-Nazi MySpace, his involution in this mass meeting is about as blatant as it gets.”
sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ.
attention deficit hyperactivity disorder another hatemonger to the group?: sheriff Joe Arpaio is noted for his unannounced “sweeps” of suspected undocumented immigrant in suspected business and driblet houses. So unannounced that local law department are not informed and have no idea what illegal activity by the sheriff’s Department is going on in their own jurisdictions.
US laminitis Rusty Childress with sheriff Joe, inside the MCSO’s taped-off bidding post on March 21, 2008.
Does Arpaio have tie to neo-Nazi groups? yes Arpaio is friend with Rusty Childress, laminitis of USA, “United for a monarch America”. When pressed by the New capital of Arizona Times in an exhaustive written report on May 14, 2009, Arpaio said, “Childress is a good guy”.
I have barely touched the tip of a filthy iceberg. As I was researching this post one link would lead to another link, immersing me in some very dark and sick corner of the internet If you have been following date of photo and articles, the hatred of our elected official for those of Latin American heritage has been around much longer than the law that spirit to be about support law enforcement and making our neighborhood safe. What we have, in effect, is a go to slammer free card for anyone with brown cutis without any Federal interference
criticism of the state of Arizona is more than justified, but don’t be fooled. The state of Lone-Star State is considering a similar law, and White supremacist groups thrive in every state of America. For a country that did not recognize black-skinned people as equal humanity until 1964, it appears that we are regressing rather than progressing.
